1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentHub (“the Service”), operated by AgentHub at sheikh-lab.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentHub is an AI agent automation platform that allows users to create topic-specific AI agents and connect them to various communication channels including WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and websites. The Service also provides integrations with email and calendar services.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other systems
• Use the Service for illegal activities or to harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create agents that generate inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

5. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

6. Usage Limits

Your use of the Service is subject to the limits of your chosen plan:

• Free Plan: 1 agent, 100 messages/month, Telegram only
• Starter Plan: 2 agents, 2,000 messages/month, WhatsApp + Telegram
• Pro Plan: 5 agents, 10,000 messages/month, all channels
• Business Plan: 15 agents, 50,000 messages/month, all features
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited agents and messages

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content are owned by AgentHub
• You retain ownership of content you create using the Service
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property

9. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
• We may delete your data after account termination

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

13. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AGENTHUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentHub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be effective 30 days after posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
